About the role
Mastercard’s Talent Acquisition Operations team delivers a seamless hiring experience across North America and Latin America. As the HR Services Manager you will lead the regional operations, ensuring efficient support from interview scheduling through Day 1 onboarding while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the NAM/LAC Talent Acquisition Operations team, providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and performance management.
- Ensure successful execution of hiring support services throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, governance and service‑level expectations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage workforce capacity, workload balancing and resource planning for the regional team.
- Identify and implement process simplifications, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance, service metrics and stakeholder feedback, addressing risks and escalations.
- Support executive hiring, acquisitions, audits and other specialized initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with broader NHS teams to ensure an integrated hiring experience.
Required profile
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations or shared‑services teams.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
- Strong operational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Track record of implementing process enhancements and standardization initiatives.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR and business functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching and change‑management capabilities.
- Data‑driven decision‑making using service metrics and operational insights.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, escalations and deadlines while maintaining high service quality.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word.
- Competent use of Microsoft Outlook.
