About the role

Pixi, Inc. is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join its People and Culture team in Los Angeles. This on‑site internship offers hands‑on experience supporting daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Write and post job descriptions for entry‑level positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to support recruiting efforts.
  • Schedule phone and in‑person interviews, coordinating with all participants.
  • Check employee references to ensure proper vetting.
  • Assist in planning company events and internal gatherings.
  • Organize HR files and maintain candidate records.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Positive, team‑player attitude.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
