HR Generalist - Hybrid

About the role

The HR Generalist will act as a trusted People partner, driving talent programs, employee‑lifecycle processes, and workforce initiatives across North America. Operating with high autonomy, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experiences and support business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve employee‑lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and complex transitions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, managers, and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Lead project management for organizational changes, workforce planning, restructures, and talent programs.
• Partner with HRBPs to develop recommendations, business cases, and execute people‑related initiatives.
• Identify trends, process gaps, and implement scalable improvements.
• Coordinate annual talent programs such as performance management and goal setting.

Required profile

• Deep HR expertise with a strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
