Housekeeper – Property Maintenance

About the role

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office and other amenities, helping to maintain property appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Freshens vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assists the make‑ready process by performing duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Reports any hazards or dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
