Household Manager with Pet Support

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Household Manager to oversee our Bloomfield Hills home, coordinate vendors, and provide dedicated care for our large labrador. The role includes flexible core hours, weekend and holiday availability, and regular overnight stays when the family travels.

Key responsibilities

• Primary caregiver for our lab: feeding, walking, grooming coordination, vet appointments, and overnight stays.
• Maintain household organization systems, light daily tidying, seasonal clothing swaps, and manage donation drop‑offs.
• Serve as point of contact for cleaners, contractors, landscapers, HVAC technicians, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Restock pantry and household supplies, manage inventory through Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.
• Assist with holiday meal hosting, coordinate prepared meals, perform light meal prep and grocery runs.
• Handle laundry, dry‑cleaning logistics, and keep laundry area organized.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, fueling, car washes, and interior organization.
• Oversee deep‑clean projects, garage and mudroom upkeep, and special organizational projects.
• Provide administrative support: track receipts, budget oversight, travel planning, calendar management, and birthday gift coordination.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in private household or estate management.
• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.
• Flexible, self‑directed, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with weekend, holiday, and overnight availability.
• Genuine love for animals and ability to be primary caregiver for a large dog.

• Annual salary of $80,000 (W‑2).
