Household Manager with Meal Prep Support

About the role

We are a private household in Weston, MA seeking a part‑time Household Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, including meal planning, errands, and home upkeep. The role runs Monday‑Friday midday with flexibility and offers $35‑$40 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily resets: dishes, tidying surfaces, making beds, freshening bathrooms, and light vacuuming.
• Coordinate vendor services, schedule cleaners, contractors, and landscapers.
• Plan and prepare weekly lunches and dinners for two adults using meal‑delivery kits and follow Mediterranean‑pescatarian preferences.
• Manage household inventory, online orders, subscriptions, and returns.
• Handle laundry, ironing, linen rotation, and special garment care.
• Maintain the family vehicle: schedule maintenance, arrange washes, track registration and insurance.
• Oversee seasonal clothing swaps, donation drop‑offs, and packing/unpacking for travel.
• Perform light deep‑cleaning projects and organize closets, pantry, and storage areas.
