Household Manager – Part‑time (18‑22 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Household Manager to bring structure and calm to a busy family of three in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on building systems, overseeing daily operations, and supporting our teenage daughter’s independence while ensuring a smooth, organized home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and maintain household systems, routines and an operating manual covering daily to annual tasks.
• Lead a weekly planning meeting (Sunday evening or Monday morning) to review the family calendar, meals, travel, appointments and vendor coordination.
• Own the master family calendar, confirm logistics and act as the central point for travel, sitters and other scheduling needs.
• Monitor school communications, create age‑appropriate organization tools for our daughter and coach her toward greater independence.
• Oversee home organization, vendor relationships, seasonal maintenance schedules and the weekly cleaning team.
• Establish a simple weekly meal‑planning system, coordinate grocery ordering and maintain a rotating recipe collection.

Required profile

• Experienced household professional who anticipates needs and creates proactive systems.
• Highly organized, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of family operations.
• Warm and personable with children and pets, while maintaining discretion.
• Authorized to work in the United States, possesses a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to sign an NDA and preferably holds CPR/First Aid certification.
