Household Manager & Nanny with Meal Prep Support

About the role

We are a busy, close‑knit family of four in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, seeking a full‑time Household Manager and Nanny to support childcare, household organization and meal preparation. The role is Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑6 pm, with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Share childcare duties for a toddler and newborn, including Montessori‑style activities, outings, and basic baby care.
• Plan, shop for, and prepare whole‑food pescatarian meals and snacks for the toddler and family, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Manage daily household tasks such as resetting homes, coordinating cleaners, organizing clothing, handling laundry, and running errands.
• Maintain household inventories, perform light maintenance (batteries, filters), and support administrative tasks like calendar management.

Required profile

• Experienced with infant and toddler care, comfortable with newborns and gentle parenting approaches.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently without constant direction.
• Reliable transportation, ability to maintain a smoke‑free and fragrance‑free environment, and up‑to‑date CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable around a small dog; Spanish fluency is a plus.
