Household Manager & Family Assistant

About the role

We are actively recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive House Managers & Family Assistants to support families across the Dallas‑Fort Worth (DFW) area in Texas. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, restocking groceries, pantry staples and supplies.
• Organize closets, playrooms, mudrooms, paperwork and seasonal rotations.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy family meals and handle grocery shopping and pantry organization.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children and assist with family scheduling, appointments and travel preparation.
• Optional childcare support such as school or activity pickups, date‑night assistance and engaging children in crafts or play.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive, able to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful and able to build trust with adults and children.
• Tech‑comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Amazon ordering and shared family apps.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated (flu and COVID if requested).
