Household Manager & Family Assistant – Austin, TX

About the role

We are recruiting experienced Household Managers and Family Assistants to support families in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on keeping homes organized, handling daily logistics, and providing meal support, with occasional childcare duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets, light tidying, kitchen clean‑up and organization of common areas.
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, pantry organization and restocking of supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals, pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children.
• Handle errands such as post‑office runs, pharmacy pickups and online orders.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive with the ability to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing priorities and able to maintain a smoke‑free environment.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience using Amazon or similar online ordering platforms.
