Home Health Aide (Part-Time / PRN)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, caregivers, personal care aides, home health aides and CNAs to provide one-on-one support to patients in Kansas City, Missouri and Riverside, Missouri. The employer is looking to staff part-time hours and PRN/fill-in shifts, with the possibility of building up additional hours.

Key responsibilities

• Activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, nail care, oral feeding, transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices, assisting with ambulation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and bed making
• Vital signs checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Medication assistance and range of motion exercises

Required profile

• DSP, caregiver, PCA, HHA or CNA; active Missouri CNA listed at a higher rate
• Flexible scheduling, including Monday and Wednesday mornings in Kansas City and Saturday and Sunday mornings in Riverside

• Pay of $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/caregivers and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs
