About the role

Join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide and provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults living at home. You will follow a nurse‑written care plan and help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable.

Key responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and meal preparation.
Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Offer medication reminders and companion care.

Required profile

Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Commitment to delivering quality, compassionate care.

Weekly pay with a starting rate of $22 per hour.
