Hiring Event – Leasing, Maintenance & Grounds Roles

About the role

We are hosting a one‑day hiring event in Las Vegas to fill multiple on‑site positions across our property portfolio. Opportunities are available for Leasing Professionals who will drive marketing and resident acquisition, Maintenance Technicians who will handle repairs and preventative upkeep, and Groundskeepers/Porters who will keep the community clean and attractive.

Key responsibilities

• Leasing Professionals: showcase available units, process applications, manage lease renewals and support resident satisfaction.
• Maintenance Technicians: perform routine and emergency repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure all building systems operate safely.
• Groundskeepers/Porters: maintain landscaping, common‑area cleanliness, and support overall property appearance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact with residents and visitors.
• Prior experience in the respective function (leasing, maintenance, or groundskeeping) preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced property environment.
