Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistant

About the role

Campus is hiring dedicated, student‑centered Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistants to support instructors in a live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, provide grading feedback, hold virtual office hours, and reinforce applied learning, with sessions scheduled between 6 PM and 10 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live weekly discussion sections.
• Provide grading and structured feedback.
• Hold virtual office hours for student support.
• Support case‑study and applied project work.
• Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards.
• Escalate academic or integrity concerns as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field, or 1‑3 years of professional healthcare experience.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Strong communication skills and passion for student success.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
