Health Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

As a Health Cloud Solution Architect you will lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements and act as the functional lead for NeuraFlash's Health practice. You will combine deep Health Cloud design expertise with industry fluency in payer, provider, med‑tech, distribution and pharma environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design of Health Cloud using native capabilities such as Person Accounts, Care Programs, Provider/Payer models, and Intelligent Document Processing.
• Run discovery and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders, present trade‑offs and obtain sign‑off.
• Author functional design artifacts – data model mappings, object/field definitions, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design for regulated environments, embedding HIPAA, PHI handling, Salesforce Shield and field‑level encryption.
• Collaborate with technical leads on end‑to‑end architecture, including Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud and MuleSoft integrations to EHRs (Epic, HL7/FHIR) and billing systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with at least 2 full‑lifecycle Health Cloud implementations.
• Direct experience in healthcare (payer, provider/IDN, med‑tech, distribution or pharma) and solid understanding of funding, regulation and operations.
• Practical knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling and Business Associate Agreements.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, facilitate design decisions and produce signed‑off documentation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
