Head of US Greenfields

About the role

The Head of US Greenfields is responsible for driving commercial growth and operational performance of new school sites across the United States. Reporting to ISP Group, the role leads a high‑performing team to identify, develop, open and ramp up greenfield schools, ensuring they become the preferred choice for families in each catchment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify attractive catchment areas and secure suitable sites in partnership with the Greenfield Head of Property.
• Develop and execute market‑specific positioning and marketing strategies for each new school.
• Recruit and build day‑one leadership teams, including founding School Heads and senior staff.
• Ensure learning excellence by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging EdTech initiatives.
• Deliver financial targets, including enrolment, budget, and EBITDA growth.
• Maintain operational excellence and consistent customer experience across all schools, tracking CX KPIs such as Net Promoter Score.

Required profile

• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of revenue and enrolment growth.
• Strong leadership experience in education, preferably overseeing multiple school sites.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including property developers, parents, and regulatory bodies.
• Commitment to safeguarding children and compliance with policy and regulatory standards.
• Values‑based leadership with a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and coaching.
