Head of Support – Panama

About the role

The Head of Support will oversee all financial, fiscal, legal and operational information for Doka’s Panama operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role acts as a strategic partner, ensuring compliance, accuracy and reliability of financial data while supporting long‑term business sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver internal and external financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax reports and regulatory filings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and CAPEX planning processes and provide in‑depth financial analysis of P&L and balance‑sheet performance.
• Act as a business partner to the Managing Director and country leadership team, delivering financial insights to support decision‑making.
• Ensure accurate accounting practices, manage quarterly and year‑end closing, and coordinate external audit and tax filing processes.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, payments, collections, intercompany transactions and payroll finance processes.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, governance, legal and risk management activities in line with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Mid‑level finance leader with proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and audit coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of local Panamanian regulations and ability to work cross‑functionally with various departments.
