Head of Recruiting

About the role

Abundant is building the "NVIDIA of training data" for the next generation of AI models. As Head of Recruiting, you will shape the talent pipeline that fuels this ambitious mission, defining strategy and processes across the entire hiring lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute robust sourcing pipelines to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Create and document best‑practice runbooks for on‑site interviews, work trials, and debriefs, then train internal teams to scale the interview process.
• Develop candidate personas in partnership with founders, ensuring job postings and public messaging reflect Abundant’s unique engineering culture.
• Act as sourcer, coordinator, university recruiter, copywriter, and strategic advisor, consolidating functions typically split across multiple roles.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve speed and quality of hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing all stages of the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ability to build and iterate recruiting processes in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with founders and senior engineering leaders.
• Track record of shaping company culture through talent acquisition.
