Anterior is building an AI‑powered platform to simplify healthcare administration. As Head of People you will shape the people function from the ground up, creating a culture where exceptional talent thrives, grows, and stays.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch onboarding, performance review, and feedback systems for a fast‑growing team.
• Develop compensation benchmarking, leveling, and reward frameworks.
• Lead workforce planning and hiring for engineering, product, and clinical roles.
• Build coaching, development, and career‑growth practices that turn strong contributors into distinctive leaders.
• Foster a unified culture that keeps a 50‑person team feeling like one cohesive group.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create and scale people processes in high‑growth environments.
• Strong drive, creativity, and genuine care for employee experience.
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Self‑starter mindset; comfortable figuring out solutions without having all the answers.
