Head of GTM Strategy, Ops & Analytics

About the role

Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable and steerable AI systems. As Head of GTM Strategy, Ops & Analytics you will lead global GTM strategy, operations and analytics teams, providing the insights and processes needed to support rapid growth while ensuring safe AI deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale GTM Strategy & Operations and GTM Analytics teams, fostering operational excellence and analytical rigor.
• Own forecasting processes, monthly/quarterly business reviews and board‑level reporting.
• Drive territory design, headcount planning, quota setting and target allocation.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Data Science to solve operational challenges and align on revenue forecasting and pricing.

Required profile

• 10+ years in revenue or sales operations with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record scaling GTM operations in high‑growth technology or AI/ML companies.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, territory management, quota planning and performance measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across the organization.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) and Gong.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker.
