Head of Fraud Operations

About the role

SentiLink is looking for a Head of Fraud Operations to transform its Fraud Intelligence Team into a high‑impact function. This remote, US‑based role will lead the evolution of operating models, deliver quality fraud labeling, and generate actionable intelligence that drives measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Establish performance baselines and metrics for labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency and downstream impact.
• Design and implement scalable quality‑assurance processes, sampling methodologies and feedback mechanisms.
• Reimagine the team’s operating model, workflows, tooling and structure to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Build an entry‑level talent program with hiring profiles, onboarding, training and career pathways for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking team activities to fraud‑prevention outcomes such as model improvements and customer impact.
• Launch initiatives that turn frontline fraud observations into actionable insights for Product, R&D, Analytics and GTM teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years in fraud operations, intelligence, risk management or related fields with significant people‑leadership experience.
• 4+ years managing teams of fraud analysts and delivering high‑volume, quality‑sensitive workflows.
• Strong fraud judgment, analytical skills and a deep interest in evolving fraud patterns.
• Proven ability to design processes, operating models and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience coaching early‑career talent and creating internal mobility pathways.
