About the role

As a Gymnastics Coach you will be responsible for providing leadership to different age groups while promoting a high-energy, fun, and positive environment for program participants. The position is part-time within the YMCA community.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership to various age groups.
Promote a high-energy, fun, and positive environment for participants.
Plan and organize gymnastics programs.

Required profile

Technical savvy, quick thinker and mission-oriented.
Motivated and a great motivator.
Innovative and forward-thinking.
Inclusive of all personality types and skill levels.
Team player who can lead when necessary.
Strong communication skills via phone, in-person, and written.
