About the role
The GTO Engineering Co‑op at Johnson & Johnson offers a hands‑on experience in process improvement and product development within a MedTech environment. Working under a mentor, you will contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Key responsibilities
- Execute projects using Lean/Six Sigma and project‑management methodologies to increase process efficiencies.
- Develop and verify specifications, maintain documentation, test processes, equipment, raw materials, and validate outcomes.
- Assist in creating concepts and designs for new products, processes, or test methods.
- Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results.
- Comply with environmental, safety, and occupational health policies (ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001).
Required profile
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Currently enrolled in an academic program for the entire internship period.
- Available to work 40 hours per week.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
