GTM Talent Partner – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Chapter 2 is seeking a GTM Talent Partner to lead Go‑to‑Market hiring for its fast‑growing client base. You will work closely with senior leaders to build commercial teams that drive revenue, growth, and market presence across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of GTM talent, nurturing relationships for long‑term engagement.
• Improve recruitment processes, shape hiring culture, and support employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage data to track progress, provide insights, and inform hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience recruiting across GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
• Demonstrated ability to source high‑quality candidates across multiple platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• People‑first mindset and passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences.
• Previous experience in an RPO environment is a plus.
