GTM Systems Manager

About the role

The GTM Systems Manager owns and evolves the core go‑to‑market technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, and CPQ. Working within an established architecture, you will take ownership of well‑scoped workstreams and gradually tackle higher‑stakes systems challenges as you demonstrate success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns.
• Provide production support by triaging outages, broken automations, and access issues, resolving or escalating within SLA.
• Maintain LeanData routing graphs (Lead, Contact, Account) as the business evolves.
• Run the enrichment stack daily, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene.
• Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk.
• Close well‑defined tickets on the Salesforce‑Django‑ERP order‑to‑cash integration with Engineering.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of deep experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems.
• Proven ability to work within an existing architecture and deliver clean configurations without redesign.
• Comfortable handling day‑to‑day admin, ticket triage, and production support.
• Track record of testing changes in sandbox before production.
• Regular use of AI‑native tools such as Claude or Cursor in daily work.
