GTM Recruiter

About the role

As a GTM Recruiter you will shape the commercial engine of Garage by building high‑performing Sales, Marketing, and Growth Operations teams. You will work closely with GTM leaders and the People team to translate business priorities into clear hiring plans and execute end‑to‑end recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Growth Operations.
• Partner with the Head of People, founders, and GTM leaders to define role briefs, interview processes, and hiring plans.
• Design and run proactive sourcing strategies, including outbound campaigns, referrals, target‑company mapping, talent communities, and events.
• Craft compelling outreach messaging that showcases Garage’s mission, product, and stage.
• Manage a fast, high‑touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interview debriefs, manage offer processes, and keep hiring managers engaged with top talent.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Ashby and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM or revenue‑focused roles.
• Hands‑on, independent contributor who can define hiring standards and raise the bar with each hire.
• Ability to operate with ownership in an early‑stage, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
