GTM Engineer

About the role

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the machine behind Sapien’s go‑to‑market. You’ll own the infrastructure, automation, channels and experiments that make our GTM motion faster, smarter and more repeatable.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the growth stack: CRM architecture, enrichment, automation, lead routing, dashboards and reporting; ensure clean data and pipeline visibility.
• Leverage AI to automate research, personalize at scale and create workflow agents for repeatable tasks.
• Define and surface key metrics such as funnel conversion, channel performance and pipeline health.
• Run structured experiments across outbound, paid, content, events and partnership channels; measure results and iterate quickly.
• Support marketing execution by building landing pages, campaigns, email programs and distribution of content.
• Partner with founders on high‑priority GTM, ops and strategy initiatives; provide research, tooling and process improvements for sales.

Required profile

• Builder mentality: prefers designing systems over following existing playbooks.
• 2–4+ years experience in growth, RevOps, consulting, banking or early‑stage startups, having built reliable systems.
• Process‑obsessed and technically fluent: creates clean CRM hygiene, dashboards and documented workflows without needing engineering.
• AI‑native: uses AI tools daily and can integrate them into workflows.
• High agency and extreme ownership: acts with speed, identifies next steps and executes without waiting for permission.
