GTM Engineer – Customer Success & Outreach

About the role

Cymate is seeking a GTM Engineer who will act as a Customer Success Manager to help clients generate high‑quality leads through frictionless cold‑email outreach. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise cold‑email campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Design outreach strategies together with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create targeted lead lists and upload them into campaign platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, review KPIs and make data‑driven optimisations.
• Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients via Slack, email and video calls.
• Manage client projects to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Provide onboarding, strategy, and regular check‑in calls for new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Native‑level English speaking and writing skills.
• Availability during 8 am‑5 pm PST, Monday‑Friday.
• Experience creating successful B2B cold‑email outreach campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartlead.ai, Instantly.ai, Clay.com and Apollo.io.
• Minimum hardware: Core i5/Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, HD webcam, noise‑cancelling headset.
