Growth Strategist

About the role

As a Growth Strategist at Rox, you will own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market lifecycle, partnering with enterprise sales teams to drive adoption of our AI‑native revenue operating system. You will work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and sales to ensure the platform delivers measurable ROI for our Global 2000 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with enterprise sales teams to identify high‑impact growth opportunities and accelerate platform adoption.
• Lead strategic customer engagements, from discovery through implementation, to showcase real‑world ROI.
• Design, launch and iterate high‑impact growth initiatives that scale successful tactics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate market feedback into product enhancements.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report on growth outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving growth or adoption in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across sales, product and engineering teams.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑impact environments.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑native or revenue‑focused platforms.
• Familiarity with go‑to‑market strategy, customer lifecycle management and ROI measurement.
