Growth Partner – E‑commerce Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Partner to act as an e‑commerce account manager for a portfolio of marketplace clients. Working 100% remotely, you will advise and execute growth strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, eBay and other platforms, helping clients scale their online businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for 7‑9 client accounts, building long‑term trust.
• Design and implement growth plans for Amazon and other marketplaces, including catalog optimization, pricing, and advertising.
• Manage product listings, Amazon PPC campaigns, and fulfillment models (FBA/FBM).
• Analyze large data sets in Google Sheets to produce actionable insights.
• Lead client meetings, present results, and guide next steps, even in challenging situations.
• Coordinate tasks using project‑management tools such as Asana or Trello.

Required profile

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one additional marketplace (Walmart, Mercado Libre, eBay).
• Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and emotional‑intelligence skills.
