About the role
SandboxAQ’s AI Simulation division is building Large Quantitative Models that combine AI with physics, chemistry and biology. The Growth Marketing Manager will create and run a full‑funnel growth engine, turning technical credibility into measurable demand and pipeline for the AISim portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Own full‑funnel demand generation across paid media, SEO, email, webinars and emerging channels, measuring impact through sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Build the growth engine from the ground up by establishing campaigns, workflows, reporting and operating processes.
- Execute programs hands‑on, including webinars, audience development and campaign execution, while leveraging vendors for scale.
- Measure, analyze and optimize performance using funnel metrics, cost per pipeline dollar, ROI and attribution, reallocating resources to the best‑performing tactics.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and RevOps to shape spend and move toward full budget ownership.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience with a proven record of increasing pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution and decision‑making from imperfect data.
- Demonstrated ability to design, launch and optimize demand‑generation programs end‑to‑end.
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations or RevOps.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI tools to boost content creation, audience segmentation and campaign analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with modern marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using CRM platforms for lead management and reporting.
- Familiarity with BI/analytics platforms for performance tracking.
- Technical SEO knowledge for organic demand generation.
