Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Rarecandy is seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Lead to drive the end‑to‑end performance engine that turns attention into active users, buyers, and repeat collectors. This senior individual‑contributor role focuses on building profitable, data‑driven acquisition and retention programs without managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute performance marketing channels (paid social, search, display) from strategy to reporting.
• Lead influencer and content initiatives as accountable performance programs, including brief creation, tracking, attribution, and optimization.
• Support lifecycle marketing to keep collectors engaged and increase repeat purchases.
• Ideate, test, and optimize performance creative that drives conversions.
• Maintain attribution hygiene, drive test velocity, and provide performance recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the content and community teams while respecting brand ownership.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a proven track record of hands‑on execution in performance acquisition.
• Data‑oriented mindset focused on efficient CAC, defensible spend, and measurable ROI.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment and shipping tests quickly.
