About the role
You’ve mastered growth engineering at a world‑class growth org. You’re comfortable being scrappy, want to move fast, and care about the customer. You could take another growth engineering role, or become a foundational piece of a rocketship building the world’s first AI growth engineer.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale Coframe’s growth‑engineered offering while shaping product direction.
- Leverage AI systems to automate growth engineering tasks for customers.
Required profile
- World‑class growth engineering experience.
- Proven focus on driving business outcomes and designing effective experiments.
- Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases and ship quickly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and early‑stage startup environments is a plus.
