About the role
Lead the U.S. real‑world evidence (RWE) research strategy for Johnson & Johnson's immunology portfolio, shaping value propositions and supporting market access for current and pipeline products.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate research questions, design and conduct RWE studies, and manage market‑access analytics.
- Ensure scientific support aligns with business value propositions and external stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate rigorous data and dissemination plans.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. regulatory, legal and commercial requirements.
- Initiate and manage research projects, serve as subject‑matter expert for value assessments, and oversee study design, execution and publication quality.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, presenting and tracking expenditures.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Policy or related field; PhD or PharmD preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of research experience in healthcare, with expertise in economic evaluations, patient‑reported outcomes, and large‑dataset analysis.
- Proven ability to lead without authority, influence cross‑functional teams, and communicate complex data to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with drug development processes, U.S. health‑care system, and regulatory standards for data communication.
- Strong publication record and willingness to travel up to 20% nationally and occasionally internationally.
