Groundskeeper/Porter – Render Turner Lake

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of the Render Turner Lake community in Covington, Georgia. You will ensure that the grounds, common areas and amenities are clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste and keep all common areas tidy.
• Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during the turnover process, supporting cleaning and preparation of units.
• Support the service team by reporting maintenance issues and helping with basic upkeep of landscaping and exterior features.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow established standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks, lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
