About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter for La Terraza is responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and functionality of the community’s outdoor areas and common spaces. This entry‑level position supports the service team by ensuring the property looks clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and ensure all common areas and amenities remain tidy.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or designated storage areas, and keep storage zones clean.
- Perform general maintenance duties such as sweeping, power‑washing, minor landscaping, and upkeep of outdoor equipment.
- Assist with seasonal projects, landscaping, and any ad‑hoc tasks required to preserve curb appeal.
Required profile
- Entry‑level – no prior experience required.
- Reliable, able to work independently and follow a set schedule (Thursday & Sunday days off, 8 am‑5 pm).
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift moderate loads, and work outdoors.
