About the role
The Groundskeeper will maintain the physical appearance and functionality of the West End community, ensuring that grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards of curb appeal and cleanliness. This full‑time, onsite position supports the service team and contributes to a welcoming resident experience.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool gates and other access points are secure.

- Follows property policies for lock changes and access control.
