Groundskeeper – The Windsor

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of The Windsor community in Colorado. You will work closely with the service team to ensure all outdoor areas, amenities, and common spaces meet the company’s high standards of curb appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and addressing maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in all weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness.
