Groundskeeper – Sage (Full‑time)

About the role

The Groundskeeper – Sage is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the community’s outdoor areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This full‑time position supports the service team and contributes to the overall curb appeal of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover activities.
• Change all locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool area gates are secured.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual who can follow established policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the broader service team.
• Physical capability to perform outdoor maintenance tasks and handle waste removal.

Required skills

• Basic lock‑changing knowledge.
• Familiarity with trash collection and disposal processes.
