About the role
Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained, meeting standards for grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal while supporting the service team.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas and amenities neat.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transfer trash to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain storage areas.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist in the turnover process.
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy.
