Groundskeeper / Porter for Silo Morrison Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of the Silo Morrison Ranch community in Gilbert, Arizona. The role focuses on keeping common areas clean, supporting the service team, and ensuring the property meets Greystar’s high standards of curb appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover, including basic cleaning and preparation tasks.
• Change locks in accordance with property policies and procedures.
