Groundskeeper / Porter – Bridgeside Community

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to keep the Bridgeside community at Patriots Pointe clean, safe and welcoming. The role involves daily inspection of common areas, removal of litter and debris, and supporting the service team with routine maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to ensure all common areas and amenities are free of litter, debris and pet droppings.
• Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or designated storage areas, and keep storage spaces tidy.
• Perform minor service requests such as basic repairs, equipment checks and other tasks assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Maintain the overall curb appeal of the community by ensuring landscaping, walkways and entryways are well‑kept.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift moderate loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
