Groundskeeper for Astral Community

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and functionality of the Astral community. The role involves keeping the grounds, common areas and amenities clean, safe and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris and pet droppings to ensure all common areas and amenities remain tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean.
• Perform minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks and manage gate access in accordance with property policies.

Required profile

• Ability to conduct regular inspections of community areas and respond promptly to cleanliness issues.
• Capability to handle physical tasks such as trash removal, cleaning storage areas and operating basic maintenance tools.
• Willingness to follow lock‑changing procedures and property security policies.
