Groundskeeper for Apartment Community

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our South Austin apartment community clean, attractive, and welcoming. You will work independently and alongside our maintenance and leasing teams to ensure the property looks its best every day.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up litter, trash, and clean pet‑waste stations throughout the community.
• Trash out apartments and remove debris from common areas.
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor amenities.
• Perform light painting, minor repairs, and basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist the maintenance team with routine tasks and support special projects.
• Ensure all outdoor areas are safe and well‑kept for residents and visitors.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $18/hour.
• Quarterly bonuses and a $1,000 stay‑on bonus after 90 days in good standing.
