About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a temporary, non‑student helper to support its Grounds Maintenance team. This short‑term position is ideal for individuals who can handle outdoor physical work during the summer months and want to contribute to the upkeep of a vibrant campus environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform weed eating, edging, and ditch digging across campus grounds.
- Assist with general labor tasks related to landscaping and maintenance.
- Help maintain a clean and safe outdoor environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Required profile
- Ability to work in hot weather for extended periods during the summer season.
- Physical stamina and willingness to perform manual labor outdoors.
