Grill Cook – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our kitchen team and deliver high‑quality hot dishes. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for grilling, broiling, frying, and sautéing.
• Cook items to exact specifications using grills, broilers, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Plate and garnish dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain stocked workstations and ensure clean, sanitary conditions.
• Assist with food prep during off‑peak periods and support kitchen closing procedures.
• Follow portion sizes, recipes, and safety policies consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a grill cook or in similar kitchen roles.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Clear communication with managers, kitchen, and dining‑room staff.
• Commitment to quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
