Graphic Designer I – MarCom Team

About the role

The College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) is seeking a Graphic Designer I to join its Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. The designer will support a variety of print and digital projects, creating graphics, photos, and motion assets for web, multimedia, and printed materials. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative university environment and contribute to the visual identity of CEHD.

Key responsibilities

• Design effective graphics for websites, applications, brochures, signs, newsletters, and other print media.
• Create motion graphics for multimedia presentations and online use.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and artwork files while adhering to brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients from concept through completion, tracking work in project‑management software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with major social‑media platforms and how graphics are used on them.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
