About the role
The Grants Manager supports the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities by researching, writing, implementing, and reporting on grant-funded programs. This administrative role ensures accurate data management, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external funding agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with grant research, writing, and program implementation.
- Manage grant data, tracking, and reporting to meet compliance requirements.
- Coordinate budget plans, monitor expenses, and prepare monthly budget‑to‑actual reports.
- Prepare and submit grant reports and related documentation.
- Provide training on grants management and reporting to staff.
- Monitor post‑award grant compliance and facilitate necessary changes.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in business administration, public administration, finance or a related field (preferred).
- High school diploma/GED with at least one year of professional experience related to grants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in quality‑improvement processes and public‑sector program administration (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
