About the role

The Graduate Program Coordinator III oversees program initiatives, ensuring high‑quality support for graduate students, and manages admissions, recruitment, and student success activities within the Department of Biomedical Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Manages processing of graduate student admission and recruitment activities.
• Oversees coordination and production of events and activities for graduate students.
• Manages student success initiatives and provides academic advising.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to enhance program operations and student services.
• Creates and analyzes reports on student progress and program outcomes.
• Evaluates and improves program practices based on feedback and outcomes.
• Mentors and trains graduate program staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Work location on the main campus in College Station, TX.
