About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Logistics Specialist and embark on a two‑year development journey that combines hands‑on logistics work with structured training. You will support manufacturing logistics operations while building expertise in supply‑chain processes, SAP tools and lean methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Project work supporting continuous improvement of the Airbus Manufacturing Logistics organization.
• Daily operation support across the logistics department at a multi‑program commercial aerospace manufacturing facility, including support for the global supply chain.
• Learning to use SAP MES and other Airbus manufacturing ecosystem IT tools.
• Gaining experience in lean manufacturing principles and global supply‑chain topics.
• Rotational placements across logistics operations, quality, and adjacent departments or sites to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• 0‑3 years of experience or recent graduation in supply‑chain management or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive approach to personal development.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
